Maxgrout: The Strong, Reliable Solution for Foundation Grouting

At Graphite Depot, we understand the importance of a solid foundation for any structure or machine. That's why we offer Maxgrout, a high-performance, pre-mixed cementitious grout specifically designed

 for foundation grouting applications.

What Makes Maxgrout Different?

Maxgrout boasts a unique combination of properties that set it apart from traditional grouting materials:

  • Non-Shrink & Free-Flowing: Maxgrout fills even the most intricate gaps and voids, ensuring complete contact between the machine and the foundation.
  • High Compressive Strength: Maxgrout develops exceptional strength, providing a robust base that can withstand heavy loads.
  • Non-Metallic & Oil & Water Resistant: Unlike metallic grouts, Maxgrout won't react with surrounding materials or corrode over time.
  • Chloride-Free: Safe for use in reinforced concrete structures.
  • Easy-to-Use: The pre-mixed formula eliminates the need for complicated on-site mixing, saving you time and labor.

Benefits of Using Maxgrout:

  • Stronger Foundations: Maxgrout's high compressive strength ensures your equipment remains securely anchored, minimizing vibration and wear.
  • Long-lasting Performance: Resistant to oil, water, and chloride, Maxgrout provides a durable foundation that stands the test of time.
  • Reduced Risk of Failure: Maxgrout's controlled expansion creates a permanent bond with the foundation, minimizing the risk of detachment under dynamic loads.
  • Versatile Applications: Suitable for a wide range of foundation grouting needs, from anchoring machinery to bridge bearings.

Maxgrout Products:

Maxgrout comes in four variations (Maxgrout-10, -20, -30, and -40) each formulated for specific applications and load requirements.

How to Use Maxgrout:

Using Maxgrout is a simple process:

  1. Prepare the Grout: Add 75% of the required water to the Maxgrout mix and blend for 1-2 minutes. Then, add the remaining 25% of water and mix thoroughly for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Pouring the Grout: Pour the prepared slurry from one end of the foundation to avoid air pockets. Maintain a grout head of 100-150mm for optimal flow.
  3. Curing: Restrain the grout from the sides for best results. Prevent rapid evaporation by covering exposed areas with wet gunny bags.

Please note: For detailed application instructions and best practices, consult the Maxgrout product data sheet or contact our team of qualified construction engineers for technical support.
